Installation von Photoshop Elements

Ich habe Photoshop Elements 12 und 11. Jetzt möchte ich Version 15 installieren; das funktioniert nur bis zur Eingabe der Seriennummer, Dann ist Schluss. Was kann ich tun?

    Hi,

    Do you get any error messages while installation? If yes, then please post the screenshot of that. It would be helpful in assisting you better.
