Installation von Photoshop Elements und Premiere Elements auf OS

Ich habe mir die neue Version von Elements gekauft und beim Installieren bricht es immer mit einer Fehlermeldung ab,egal ob von der DVD oder per Download, habe schon die alte Version deinstalliert und den Mac runter und wieder hoch gefahren,hilft nichts!!! Habe schon einige Vorgängerversionen gehabt,aber so ein Problem ist neu!!! Fehler Meldung 1 , die Liste hilft mir auch nicht wirklich weiter!

    Hi there, 

     

    Sorry that you're getting Error 1 while trying to install Photoshop and Premiere Elements. Could you please follow the steps mentioned below and let us know if this resolves your issue?

    Delete the folders “/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common” and “/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager ”
    Now try installing the application and let us know how it goes.
