Installationcode Adobe Photoshop

I received a installationcode for installing Adobe Photoshop Elements consisting of a combination of 24 letters and numbers. The code contains 3 O (letter) or 3 0 (number). Can someone tell me how to find out whether it is a letter or a number?

A serial number is ONLY numbers, 6 groups of 4 numbers

If it is a redemption code, you will need to redeem it for a serial number and use the serial number to install Photoshop Elements:
