Installed Elements 12 on laptop and fonts are unreadable

I have been using Elements 12 on my laptop and recently got a new laptop [Dell XPS 15] that has an UHD display and is running Win 10 Home 64bit.

The font size is so tiny when I run the apps that they are unreadable. Obviously I can lower my display resolution and/or increase the Win 10 font scaling, but that does not address the issue I am having and makes the icons giant on my desktop. Any thoughts?
