Installed PSE15, what do I do with the "stuff" left on my desktop?

Namely:

1. App "PhotoshopElements_15_LS30_win64", Adobe Extractor, 1.79 GB.

2. Folder of 6 files, including the Set-Up app, 1.89 GB.

Total 3.68 GB, with no explanation of whether I need to keep them, and if so, where, or whether they are redundant and I can delete them.

Your advice would be much appreciated.

You can safely delete those files.

They are just needed during the install process.
