Installer doesn´t start after launching on windows

Hi,

After opening the exe file to start the installer, the installer opens but remains blank. (see picture).

I'm not able to start the installation proces or to hit continue in order for the program to be installed on my laptop. I dowloaded the exe file from the adobe website.

Help is much appreciated.
