installing Elements 11

I had Elements 11 installed on my laptop but then did a complete re-installation of Windows 10. Now, when I try to re-install Elements from the disk, I'm asked for a numerical code but none of the many numbers on the Adobe package box are accepted as valid. Which one should work? How many digits and an indication of the appearance of the number, or its place on the box labels would be useful.

Correct answer MichelBParis

The license serial code is a 24 numeric string starting with '1057'.

It was on the sleeve around the plastic CD box.

You had better search in your Adobe Account for Plans > Products.

You should find your purchase of PSE11 and be able to recover your download link together with your license code.
