Installing Elements 15

Never had a Photoshop Application on my laptop before. Windows 10. Tried to download Elements 15 (full version) acquired from reputable UK photographic dealer. I get 99% loaded then the loading failed with a Critical Error. Tried reloading but still the same? Any suggestions please. Thanks and Merry Xmas!

Thanks.

I managed to download the programme eventually. It may have been a problem with my Firewall preventing the final registration process. Switched off the Firewall for an hour tried the reload and all OK.
