Installing Photoshop Elements 13

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 13 on my new computer and need to find my Request Code but don't see a link or get an email with it to move forward.  Can anyone help?

If you go to the Products page of your Adobe account, you should have a download link and your serial number listed.  If you click on my link it should take you there.  You may have to sign into your account.
