Installing Photoshop Elements 13 on Windows 10

I am trying to install my Photoshop Elements 13 disc onto my new computer with Windows 10. Upon installing the disc, it does not autoplay and when I go into windows explorer, I cannot locate the setup.exe file. Where is it???

    Disregard...I apparently slipped the Apple disc in....DIDNT KNOW I HAD ONE!!
