Installing Photoshop Elements 2018 & Premiere Elements 2018

Please help me.

I previously had installed Elements 12 in 2013. I purchased the 2018 box product on Oct 13th.  I uninstalled the ver 12 from my PC. I don't know where the serial # is and the one I think it was is more than 23 characters. The Redemption Code does not work either. How can I get this successfully installed. Thank you.

    I too have purchased Elements 2018 and have yet to find the serial#.  The sn# on my receipt from Walmart is 20 digits & not correct.
