Keep getting error that Installer File may be damaged and asked to download it again

Hi and thanks. Even with Edge, first download failed.

One issue was windows 10 update kept blocking the install eventhough I wen t to their solutions and did every step. Hate things I don't want and didnt ask for, especially if they fix things not broken. Disabled Win 10 using VIPRE and excluded adobe there, also ran the exe (1) as an administrator and think both or one of them did the trick. Also hate that CC seems to be required now for any purchase.
