Question

Installing "sign in error" Photoshop elements 2023

Hi all,

Yesterday I bought the Photoshop elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 but I can't install both of them.

While I am running the program for installation, is poping up a window with "Sign in error".

Also are not visible in the creative cloud.

I have trying all possibilities given but still nothings.

I am running new laptop with windows 11 and all futures are available for these softwares.

Any solution?

    Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
    Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

    I tried but it was weekend and no agent available.
