Interactive Panorama Function in Photoshop Elements 2020

How do I get to the Interactive Panorama function in Photoshop Elements 2020?  I am trying to compose an image showing different perspectives of an object (see example).  In earlier versions of Photoshop Elements, I could select File -> New -> Photomerge Panorama -> Interactive and use this to align the elements of the composition I wanted.  However, the Interactive function seems to be missing in PE 2020, or at least I can't find it in the 'Guided' menu.  Please help.
