Interface print too small to read

I  installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on a new computer and now the printing on the interface (commands etc) is so small I can barely read it.  Is there a fix?

      The only fix for Premiere Elements 10 is to change the screen resolution.  Version 10 was released before high resolution monitors were common.
