Invalid Serial code

I am upgrading from Elements 11 to Elements 15. Its downloaded ok, but when I feed in the original serial No from Elements 11 it tells me it is invalid. Any suggestions?

    Does it give any other message or contact link?

    Is PSE11 a full retail version? Was it purchased directly from Adobe or from a re-seller?

    The serial number should be 24 digits (all numbers and no letters) commencing 1057 – please don’t post it in public forums.

    I think I paid for PSE11 at the time I bought my iMac from the Apple Store.

    The serial number is 24 digits (all numbers, no letters) and starts 1057.

    The error message in full was; "Serial No is invalid. Pls try again (I did, same result). If problem persists, contact Customer Support"

    Additional message was " If you have a redemption code or have received an email invitation to join an Adobe membership program, redeem the code or accept the invitation before you license the software"

    I think you will need to contact Adobe directly.
