Invalid serial number PS Elements 2020

Hi,

 

i purchased PS Elements some days ago from a reseller. Since then I'm trying to install it. I registered the serial nummber with Adobe and it's shown in my products there.

When i try to aktivate the Photoshop Editor with that number I get the message "invalid Serial Number".

 

Any ideas to solve this issue?

Are you sure that you have a Photoshop Elements serial number and not a Premiere Elements serial number?

If so, you will need to go to Adobe Customer Service for that:
