Iphone 6/7 Live photo clips

Hi,

There is a new camera feature of iPhones which allows a short embedded video clip - it's called Live Photos.

However, these clips (in the .mov format) do not appear to open in Premiere Elements 15, just a blank picture.

By changing the format to .mp4 I could get them to open correctly.

Has any one else had experience of this issue and solutions?
