Is Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 compatible with Windows 11

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 for my laptop with Windows 10. Now that Windows 11 is available, I am hearing that my photoshop elemtns 2021 might not work. Can someone please confirm if the compatibility issues first reported have been resolved and if it's safe to update to Windows 11?
