Is Elements 2020 compatible with Windows 11?

I recently got Windows 11 on my computer. Now, I am having a few issues with Photoshop Elements 2020. Is there an update I need? Thanks.

PSE 2020 is not supported with any updats anymore.  Adobe supports the most recent and just one previous version.   Any "updates" or fixes for earlier versions are user generated, meaning, Adobe is not goint to update pse 2020 with any fixes for compatibility with newer OS's. 

You really need to provide more information other than just "issues"-- specifics, with full screenshots (not taken with a phone) of  when the issues occure is the way to get help.

    I personally can't install it I wait for an age, gets to 96% or so and then says must uninstll and reinstall, but it does the same over and over "Error 16" but the how to on Adobe tells me do this and then that in properties - only two thirds of what is supposed to be there AREN'T THERE !!!

    Can I download 2020 from elsewhere that would work ?
