Is it possible to get a copy of an image from the organizer only if the original file has been deleted?

I have accidentally deleted an image from my hard drive, is it possible to get a copy from Elements 14 Organizer only?

    The organizer only keeps links to your photo files, plus a very small thumbnail for visual search.

    If you can't find the deleted files in your waste bin, the only thing you can do is to take a screenshot of the low resolution thumbnail shown by the Organizer.
