Forgive me, I don't know how better to word that title.

I'd like to do some perspective art, and in order to do that with photoshop, I when I hold shift to make a line between two clicks I need a visual of the line I'm going to create. This is nessesary because I need to see where the lines end up on the object to know where I need to place it.

Is it possible to achieve this? Gimp does it, but it would be nice if I could just use photoshop. Gimp frustrates me. I've uploaded what I mean in Gimp.

Fairly certain this isn't possible, so marking as Solved.

The closet thing i can think of in photoshop elements is to draw a line with the Line Tool then use the Shift click method to draw along that line. Still far from ideal though.

You could make those lines on a separate layer.

I can't really describe what I'm trying to do effectively, but that wouldn't make it any easier, I'm afraid.
