Is it possible to use one catalog for premiere 2020 and photoshop 2023

Is it possible to use one Catalog file for both Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 ?

I have an older version of Premiere elements but want to use the organizer / catalog that I use for Photoshop Elements 2023.
