Is the Info panel from PSE 13 still present in PSE 15?

I have found the Info panel in elements 13 Organizer to be a very handy tool to change camera default names to descriptive names in the Organizer catalog; it takes far less time to give descriptive names to individual files than using the built-in renaming feature during importing. I just bought elements 15 and so far I have not seen a way to access the Info panel. Is it still available in 15 through 19?

On the theory that a picture is worth a thousand words:

1.  Hit the keywords/info panel toggle at the bottom right of the screen and

2.  Click the Information link at the top of the panel.

Yes, the info panel is still present in Photoshop Elements, could you please have a look here: Photoshop Elements file information

You can access it by going to Window > Info Panel
