Is there a download available for PSE 12 on Windows?

I have PSE 12, have the installation disc and key but my new Windows 10 laptop doesn't have a CD/DVD drive. Anyone know if it's possible to get a download to install PSE 12?

Since you have the disk, another option is to copy the disk to a thumb drive, then install via USB on the laptop.

Why yes there is, if you boguht it from Adobe. Login to your adobe account, look at your order history, click on the blue order number- yo uare taken to a page, i nyour accont, with downlaod links... I jsut checked: I could redownload version 10 if I wanted...
