is there a manual for photoshop elements 2021

very frustrated with support. I find that I am having to go to youtube to find out how to do things. Is there a way in elements 2021 to undock windows in expert mode? For example, to have a floating navigator window.

I have answered you GUI question in your other thread.

There is a help manual but trying to find anything in it is often problematic, and it is not updated in many places. Perhaps the best place to find user manual-type help is posing a question in the Help box on the Elements Welcome Screen.

I have found how to undock the image windows. and how to create a floating window for some items like the navigator window. Some of the menus like the one on the bottom, however seem to be fixed.
