Question

Is there a parameter (or a trick) to automatically log out when closing Adobe Element 2024?

Hello,

Few weeks ago I've had to replace my CPU/Motherboard. My PC sudently had crashed and didn't let me the time to log out Photoshop. As Photoshop was installed on my desktop and laptop, I was not able to re-install the application on my newly rebuilded PC..... (Too many licenses used error).

In order to avoid such situation, I'm wondering if it is possible to log out the applications (both Photoshop et Premiere Element) when you close (quit).

Thanks for your help.

Try contacting Adobe Support about your activation problem.  Alternatively, try to disconnect from the internet and activate offline using the instructions found in this Adobe HelpX article.

Thanks, the help Desk solve the issue, but I try to avoid the issue as far as I can....

Hope Adobe Helpx article is still valid.... seems that the abandon of the 'perpetuals' license management has changed since the adoption of the 'lease for three years' one.

Sorry, no such option within Photoshop Elements exists.
