Is there a way to suggest improvements?

I am new to Photoshop Elements 2025.

I was forced to upgrade because my previous Elements version was not compatible with Windows 11.

There are many differences -- some are just changes, others are IN THE WAY of what I want to do or how I want things to look/work.

Is there a way to advise Adobe of my struggles and to suggest improvements for future Elements releases?
