Is this "John Doe" Unable to Select X for No. The check for yes would work.

I am using Photoshop Elements 2023.  Facial recognition works fairly well in this program, but if I am in a picture under media and I move to a persons face where it says "Is This John Doe (name example) it has a check box for YES and an X for NO.  On any person I click the check for yes it adds to that person.  The X does nothing to say NO that is not John Doe (example).  It of course continues to come up each time in the image since there is no way to say NO.  Anyone else have this issue or know a work around?  Check adds them if it is the correct person, but the X does nothing and each time you view the picture it continues to ask you if it is the wrong person.
