Issues with installer for Photoshop 10

I've been trying to install a previously purchased Photoshop Elements 10 to my new Macbook.  I went in through my adobe account and found my purchased product. When I download the installer I get a window that doesn't seem to have an option to install.  See below for screen shot.  Anyone know what I can do?  Thanks.
