J'ai acheté PS et PR elements 2023 mais lorsque je vois la version qu'ils me donnent ça dit 21.0 Je suspecte que quelque chose ne va pas parce que quand j'avais acheté la PS elements 14 ça disait la version 14.

Nothing is wrong. Elements 16 was named by the year in which it was released: Elements 2018. This difference between the marketing name and the version number is confusing to many users.
Elements 2023 is indeed version 21 of the program.
