Jag har köpt Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 på DVD-skiva och har försökt att installera den på min dator som har operativsystem Windows 10, men jag misslyckas med installationen.

Jag har tidigare skrivit till Adobe-support angående detta problem, men jag har inte fått något svar. Jag önskar kontakta supporten per telefonsamtal, men jag hittar inte telefonnummer till Adobe i Sverige.

Go to this link and click the blue > icon next to Photoshop Elements 15 and that will expand the tab. You should see downloads for Windows & mac. Ensure you are signed-in with your Adobe ID before commencing the download. You can validate the installation with the serial number from your disk.
