JPG-bestand wordt geopend als RAW

j.p.k-Adfrm3122017  wrote Ik gebruik PSE 2018 en Lightroom CC Classic. Als een jpg-bestand eerder al in Lightroom is bewerkt wordt het in PSE geopend met Camera RAW zoals een RAW bestand, zelfs als er geen origineel RAW-bestand is. Dat betekent dat ik het originele jpg-bestand niet meer in PSE kan bewerken. Wat gaat eer fout, is er ergens een instelling die anders moet staan?

In general, a jpeg processed either in Lightroom or ACR (full Photoshop ACR or limited Elements ACR) is stored 'non-destructively', that is it keeps the original pixel values unchanged in the jpeg file, but it stores the edit parameters (sliders values) in the metadata header of the jpeg file. Those changes will be ignored by most editing softwares, but Elements will recognize those parametric edits and open in its ACR dialog with the slider settings applied.

You can choose to apply the settings (by default) or to ignore and go back to the original.

In the title of the 'basic'  tab on the right, click on the drop-down menu and you can choose to 'Clear imported settings'.
