Just gettin started

I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020. I am totally lost. I had an old version of Photoshop but this is a different animal.

I have my photos in the cloud but lost on how to start to so corrections

Is there a book anyone would recommend that would help me figure out how to use my download.
