Just purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 from Microsoft online store. Missing installers and serial

Hi everyone! Today I bought Photoshop Elements 2022 from Microsoft online store. It was the only online retailer I could find here from Hong Kong, where I could get a download version. Installation was very simple. One click on a online button at Microsoft shop and it was downloaded and installed automatically. 

 

The issue is that I didn't get any installers or serial number. I can't find anything anywhere. I checked my account at Microsoft, emails I got, etc, but nothing. I always keep installers on 2 backup drives in case something goes wrong or if I upgrade or change my computer. I wonder if anyone know how I can get installers for Photoshop Elements 2022, and also how I could retreive my serial number? In the about tab the serial is listed as, XXX XXX. It's not visible. 

 

I been over at Microsoft forum and several users are asking the same question as I do. None of them got any reply from Microsoft or anyone else. Thats why I decided to try my luck here. Cheers!

You should be able to see your purchase under "order history"  Make sure you are logged into your microsoft account with the email used during the purchase (I have 3 different microsoft accounts).

A few months ago I purchased some silly game and it took about two hours for it to show up.

Hi Glenn and thanks for your Answer. Yes, I can see the order history and I found how I can navigate from the order history page to the download page. My concern however is that Photoshop Elements, like most other software, would be updated. Next year it should be Photoshop Elements 2023, and the year after that 2024, etc. Will Microsoft keep the Photoshop Elements 2022 installer available for some years or would I have to buy the updated version? 

 

This is the first time I buy any software from Microsoft so I simply have no experience. I work with music and I have more than 2k licenses for vst plugins. I kept installers, serials, license files, etc, for all those. I hoped it would be possible to do the same for Photoshop Elements 2022. Cheers!

Your purchase a license to use that version of the software.  When a new version comes out (they typicaly get released around the second week of October) if you want thet version- you purchase it. 

Microsoft store purchases remain available in your account for the lifecycle of the product.  Adobe offically only supports the most current version of PSE and the the previous version, that's it. 

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?  You probably are only looking at a microsoft store availability of two years. 

Your Microsft store purchase is it's own separate build of the software.  You may get more specific answers from a Microsoft forum....
