Kann mein Photoshop 11 nicht aktivieren

Question

Hallo, habe einen neuen Laptop eingerichtet und auch mein Photoshop elements 11 installiert.

Kann das programm aber nicht mehr aktivieren. Bekomme immer die Meldung " ..ist bereits auf zwei Geräten installiert..."

Leider sind alle alten Geräte, wo das programm mal installiert war entsorgt worden, so dass ich darauf nicht mehr zugreifen kann.

Der Adobe Kundendienst kann oder will mir nicht helfen, weil er angeblich keinen Zugriff darauf hat.

Was mach ich jetzt ?

Unfortunately,  Adobe has recently changed its activation policies and procedures.  As I understand it, Adobe Support no longer has the ability to reset the license activations.  For users in your situation, there is nothing that can be done (unless Adobe changes its policy again), other than to buy a new version of the program.  Elements 11 is more than 10 years old.  There have been many improvements and new features in the program.
