Kann Photoshop Elements 15 nicht installieren

Nach vielen Versuchen von Deinstallation und Wiederinstallation komme ich nicht zum Ziel:

Photoshop Elements 15 lässt sich auf meinem Windows-10-Rechner einfach nicht installieren.

Wenn die das Programm installieren möchte, wird folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Gemäss Windows-Systemsteuerung gibt es das Programm nicht mehr auf meinem Rechner.

    Hi,

    Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience you are facing.

    In the dialog you show above, you have to click Ignore (ignorieren) and continue with the installation. Please try this and tell if it still doesn't work.

    Hi Arshla,

    thank you for your help. It worked fine.

    But I can not remember having installed Ad-Ware. I do not like when a program is installed without my permission.

    It cost me many hours for this issue.

    To get in contact with Adobe is also something I really do not like. Contacting Google or Amazon for instance is 10 times easier. To find out, how to contact you, took me at least another hour.
