Keine Texteingabe in PSE 13 möglich

Wenn ich in PSE 13 Text eingeben will, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung : "Der Vorgang konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, weil die Engine für Text nicht initialisiert werden konnte"

    Hi,

    Try out the following troubleshooting:

    • Please go to location C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe
    • Rename folder TypeSupport to TypeSupport_old
    • Restart Elements and see if the text tool works fine.

    Note: These steps are for windows.

    Please let me know if this resolves your issue or not.
