Lancement impossible erreur 12086

Bonjour,

I suggest that you contact Elements support. You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens. (If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.)  I believe that the support hours are limited to normal business hours in Europe.

I was able to speak with a human support agent! My mistake was exchanging all my license numbers on the same Adobe ID account, I should have used different accounts. Adobe has agreed to provide me with new license numbers within 5 to 7 days so I can activate them with different accounts. Thank you for your help Greg!

Do you have some kind of enterprise license or are the licenses regular individual licenses?  And are they under a single account?

I think these are classic individual licenses (see screenshot from the merchant's website). I received exchange codes with links to https://redeem.adobe.com/elements , and I activated all of them under the same account, the one I'm using to write to you. In my Adobe account interface, I can see our 3 old licenses for Photoshop Elements 16, but regarding Photoshop Elements 2025, I only see one download link and two activated devices.

It is possible that this was a problem with the Adobe network servers.  I have been told that this problem has been fixed.  Please let us know if the problem continues.  You can also try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. Thank you Greg, only one of computers on which i installed Photoshop Elements on 09/10 works today, while an another I still ge error 12086! However, I noticed that on the Adobe website under "activate Device", I don't see the name of the machine that works today!

Another thing on a computer that doesn't work with the error 12086 is that if I uninstall Photoshop Elements 2025, when I reinstall, there's no online license verification. Maybe I need to delete some local files for it?

The activated devices is only for things you subscribe to, such as Photoshop, not Photoshop elements.
