Lasso tool won't feather after update

I updated to Elements 2026 and now when I use the lasso tool it won't feather, no matter what the feather number is set to. I tried resetting the tool. Anti-aliasing box is checked. I don't want to have to go into "refine edge" every time I want to feather my selection. How can I fix this?

Good catch.

Actually it's seems that Feather doesn't work with any of the selection tools in Photoshop Elements 2026 on either Windows or Mac.

What operating system are you using?

Your setting the Feather before drawing out the selection?
