Legal use rights of saved user data edited with Photoshop Elements?

I need a art program to draw simple drawings with the help of layers to add subtract feature details.   I do not need all of the advanced commands of the pro program.  Basically a ms paint with layers is fine.  I need my drawing for book graphics in Amazon Kindle Publishing.  What are my legal rights to my saved drawings when using your tool to draw them?

    Your original drawing may be used or sold by you without any licensing if you created it using original material created by you and you don't use Adobe trademarks.

      Are original drawings limited to complete imagination and drawing physical things or scenes? Or can educational photos and drawings be used for conceptualization of the subject material such as what a biological cell looks like inside or what a tumor on the colon wall looks like in general as long as ones own drawing is not drawn exactly the same way?  Also how many people can draw the same object and have a separate legal right to their drawing of it?

      The legal matter of the content you use to create something is different from the legal matter of using the Adobe software.  In other words: If you legally use stuff in Photoshop Elements, then the use of the finished product requires no licensing from Adobe.

        I was asking this question because Microsoft requires pro license to sell productivity made with their tools.  I have to have Professional Operating System and Professional Tools (especially in computer software programming).  Is Adobe competing with me to sell digital art?  Is Adobe Photoshop Elements allowed to produce the art for a product for sale?
