After last week with people being notified of legal issues regarding using older Photoshop versions, is Elements 14 still legal? Or will I need to either upgrade or use a different program?

    Only some creative cloud subscription software is affected.

    Perpetually licensed software like your photoshop elements 14 is not and is fine to continue using.
