Bonjour,

Je viens d'acheter photoshop element.

L'installation c'est bien déroullé.

Maintenant j'essaye, mais je rencontre un problème.

Lorsque je choisit l'outils "baguette magique" et que je clique sur mon image, aucune sélection ne se fait.

Photoshop element ne semble pas réagir en même temps.

Que faire ?

    In order to make a selection of a complex object, try the selection brush or the lasso tool.

    Hi jeromeb,

    Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

    I understand you are facing issue with "Magic Wand Tool"

    Could you please try the following steps to make sure whether its a technical problem or not :

    Firstly,

    - Open Photoshop Elements

    - Click "Edit"

    - Click "Preferences"

    - Click "General"

    - Click "Reset preferences on the next launch"

    - Re-open the program & test "Magic Wand Tool" again.

    If this doesn't help you then secondly,

    - Select "Magic Wand Tool" from the toolbox.

    - Click the   to open the menu in Tool Options.

    - Click "Reset Tool" or "Reset All Tools" 

    - Restart Adobe Photoshop Elements & test "Magic Wand Tool" again.

    Le problème existe toujours.

    Un exemple.

    Si je clique quelque part dans mon image, aucune sélection ne se fait.

    Ensuite je réduit le logiciel et l'affiche a nouveau, la sélection apparait.

    A chaque sélection que je veut faire, je doit réduire le logiciel dans la barre des tache de windows 7 et l'afficher a nouveau pour voir la selection effectué.

    Existe t-il une assistance technique en français ?
