Level slider and saturation slider does not provide "live: results.

I have seen the other responses to similar question but I cannot make them work.  Without the instantaneous adjustment, editing takes a long time.

Is there a "fix" or workaround for Elements .

Thank you \\Dick

Your referring to the Levels and Hue/Saturation Adjustments under Enhance?

I have same problem, 2020 was perfect, 2024 is awful.  Had help with Adobe remotely, deleting and reinstalling, to no avail.  I have wasted money on purchasing 2024, am a retired person, not very techy, so it's very upsetting.

Try updating your graphics driver.  You can also try changing the checkbox status of the Use Graphics Card for Improved Performance in the Edit>Preferences>Performance tab.

Thank you, I have toggled the check box but no great differences.  I am getting used to the slight delay in the slider response, so editing is not awful, just not quite as fast as I would like.  Thank you.

What version of Photoshop Elements and operating system are you using?

I am using Elenents 24 on a Windows 10 operating system.  My last version ( I think was Elements 15) there was no issues, as the adjustments were made continuously.
