Licences perdues après formatage du PC

Bonjour,

 

J'ai formaté mon PC en oubliant de désactiver les licences et depuis je ne peux plus activer mes licences Photoshop Element et Premiere Element.

 

Est-il possible d'avoir de l'aide ?

@julien_4566, the only solution I know is the one I gave previously, which is to activate the license offline.  Did you try that?

@jacqueline_6803 please tell us exactly what problem YOU have.

What version of Elements do you have and what OS are you using?

If you are having problems with activating the license on a new or reformatted hard drive or computer or OS, try disconnecting from the internet and activate the license offline, using these instructions.

Hello Greg, I have almost the same problem. I have three Photoshop 2018 licenses and after replacing the computers and migrating to Windows 11, I can no longer activate them. I can no longer deactivate the licenses myself on the old computers because the hard drives were destroyed. Adobe support is offering me to take out subscriptions instead at my expense. This is not a suitable solution. Really disappointed with this situation. Do you have another solution?

What version of Elements do you have?  Please show us a screenshot of any error message you are receiving. 

 

Adobe has apparently changed its policy with respect to resetting activations on computers that are no longer available.  That would include your case where your hard drive has been reformatted without deactivating the program.  Please let us know what response you get from Adobe Support.  I will be particularly interested if Adobe Support is refusing to help users with Elements 2023 or 2024.

Did you chat with an agent? Did you explain that you require reactivation of the software?
