License Conflict

I have installed Photoshop Elements 12 in my new laptop (using the same license I had in my previous computer) and I am having problems. I need to deactivate the license in the old computer and I do not know how to do it. The desktop computer is off. I have only the laptop on.

You have to contact Elements support and ask them to deactivate your license. Or, if your old computer is still available, you can sign out of it from the Help menu.
