License issue

I'm trying to use my photoshop Elements editor and it's requiring login and registration of key.  I put in the key and it's saying it's invalid.  This is Elements 19 license.  The organizer seems to work fine but when I try to bring up editor it insists I login to Adobe and register the software.  The software comes up saying it's Elements 2021.

This may be related to registered on another machine but that machine died.   How do I unregister that machine if indeed it's registered?  I don't see any devices listed under activated devices.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset as suggested by hatstead  (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:
