Load 3rd party .atn files in Elements 2019

Are there 3rd party .atn files I can load into Elements 2019?  I have 35 images of the moon setting that I would like to make a still movie with and want to crop each image identically to make the moon appear bigger.  The actions available in Elements just don't crop it small enough.  Maybe there is another way to look at this, is there a way to crop each one identically?
