Load PSE onto new laptop.

Question

Purchased a new laptop. Completed the following steps to load PSE onto my new laptop...

1. Complete a backup from PSE 2020 running on my old laptop.

2. Purchase and install PSE 2025 onto new laptop.

3. Complete a Restore using the backup created in step 1.

Problem: can see my PSE Albums and the files in these albums, what I do not see are any files that are not in an album. I don't know if they are not there or if I don't know how to find them in the new version of Elements, it seems completly different to me than it has for the past 15 or so years.

I can't think of anything that has changed with respect to your issue. You must have an Album selected. Click on the All Media button shown in my screenshot:

If that doesn't solve your problem, please give us more details and a screenshot of your Organizer window.
