[LOCKED] How can I recover my Albums in Photoshop Elements 2020

I nneded to reinstall my windows 10 operating system which caused me to also have to reinstall Photoshop Elements 2020. After completing the reinstall I haveall of my photo folders but I do not have my albums?

Is there someway I can recover my albums?
